Some so-called experts would have you believe that certain carbs (like donuts, for example) are bad for you all the time, while others (like oatmeal) are good for you all the time. But it’s not true. Some, refined, quickly digested carbs are good for you certain times and not others. The same is true for high-fiber whole grains.
